Back in 2016 after making my first trip up to the Yuanyang Terraced Fields, I made a quick visit to what is China’s largest wholesale flower market. Surrounding the auction house are floors and floors of small shops selling all things flower-related. There aren’t enough days in the year to take it all in, let alone 4 hours, so l kept the experience in my back pocket - hoping to return. Three years later I gave into temptation and returned to photograph some of those spaces. This is the first image of that series.
