"“The Dawn of a New Voyage” translates to “The first moment of light marking the beginning of an unfamiliar, yet transformative journey.” This painting was the first piece I made after the birth of my daughter. Everything had shifted. Time, priorities, identity. The work reflects that moment right before understanding settles in, when chaos, love, fear, and wonder all exist at once. The movement, color, and emergence throughout the piece mirror the feeling of stepping forward into something irreversible and profound.
