Take a deep breath and feel your heart beat, for every beat is another lucky second of life, the next bite of food you take think to yourself how lucky you are to have it, when you lay in bed tonight, look up at your ceiling, stare at it and for one moment appreciate the fact that you have one. If things get tough for you take a moment to understand all you have for once you know that you are not as bad off as you may think you are free to do anything.
