The sculpture is made from stainless steel, and each of the 5 circling blades are different shapes and sizes. Additionally, the blades are angled differently so as the wind turns the blades, they rotate at different tempos. The base is stainless steel and has 1 coat of epoxy primer and 2 coats of polychromatic black paint. The blades have 1 coat of epoxy primer, 2 coats of metallic flake grey color, and 2 coats of UV-resistant clear finish. The windmill is 7 feet high by 7 feet wide.
